Description
The City will partner with the Hamilton County Solid Waste District to set up a pilot composting program in Carmel Clay schools, businesses, and non-profits. Implementing pilot programs first will help determine necessary logistics and public education needed to create an effective city-wide composting program. After evaluating the pilot program, the City can potentially implement city-wide programs.
